WorkSpace is an innovative user interface utilising the latest technology to maximise user productivity and make the most out of the available 'real estate'. WorkSpace capabilities include:

  • Dashboards that display information in context with the tasks the user is working on
  • Dashboards that show trend and KPI information
  • Events and alerts that are relevant to the user are displayed as they occur
  • A web browser 'homepage' which people can use to display an internet or intranet site

Media Manager is a powerful document management tool that reduces the time and money spent on the production, delivery, storage and retrieval of electronic documents. Media Manager capabilities include: 

  • Supports all OneOffice documents such as invoices, quotations, purchase orders and statements
  • Documents can be automatically formatted to include logos, fonts, graphics and additional comments or terms
  • Formatted documents are sent to the recipient by e-mail or fax, or output to a printer prior to mailing
  • Documents may be previewed and updated prior to dispatch
  • Completed documents are indexed and filed in the Document Store
  • The Document Store also holds a wide range of media including PDFs, images and video
  • For example, datasheets, product information videos and Proof Of Delivery may be held centrally
  • Powerful search and retrieval capability
  • Offers significant improvements in productivity and valuable savings in paper and postage

Collaboration Manager is a key enabler for Supply Chain Management and can pass XML messages between OneOffice and your trading partner's systems. This will automate the flow of transactions between you and your customers and suppliers. Collaboration Manager capabilities include:

  • Shares information in real-time with trading partners
  • Supports multiple message types
  • Pluggable architecture to enable future extensions

Customer Portal, the OneOffice WebShop, gives you a transactional e-commerce capability with real-time integration to OneOffice. Customer Portal capabilities include:

  • Up to date information on stock availability, order status etc.
  • Customer self-service - view statements, invoices etc
  • Bulk upload of orders via spreadsheet
  • Customisable web pages - logos, colours etc.
